Outstanding Features

SymVeo uses MPEG-4 compression for efficient distribution over a network. In addition, the camera incorporates “hybrid” technology from UTC Fire & Security. It features both a digital output and an analogue output for local monitoring and recording. The maximum frame-rate transmission of 25 frames per second at full D1 resolution (720 x 540 pixel) allows for smooth viewing of high-quality images.

The standard form factor and the ability to work with DC driven CCTV lenses allows customers to use the SymVeo camera just like a standard CCTV camera. They can gracefully move to an integrated, or hybrid, IP platform for all of their security applications.
